Chairperson Wooldridge to call the meeting to order.

To provide an update to the Regional Board regarding the service agreement with the BC Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA).

Z23-01 - Secondary Suite Rezoning - 851 Firwood Rd

Custom Vote – Electoral Area West Unfringed Area – Electoral Area Directors only

To consider rezoning the subject property from R1 Single Detached Housing to R1s Single Detached Housing (Secondary Suite) to permit a secondary suite.
