• Recommended Motion:

  THAT the Regional Board receive the Central Okanagan Flood Mitigation Planning Resource Guide and Technical Report and the Regional Floodplain Management Plan – Phase 3 report from the Director of Community Services dated November 4, 2021 for information.

Glen Canyon Regional Park Crown Land Tenure Renewal

(All Directors - Unweighted Corporate Vote - Simple Majority - LGA 208)

• Recommended Motion:

  THAT the Regional Board agrees to acquire a 30-Year License of Occupation with the Province of British Columbia for Glen Canyon Regional Park over the land that part of District Lot 3479, Osoyoos Division Yale District, containing 32.0 hectares, more or less for regional park purposes.

Johns Family Nature Conservancy Regional Park Crown Land Tenure Renewal

(All Directors - Unweighted Corporate Vote - Simple Majority - LGA 208)

• Recommended Motion:

  THAT the Regional Board agrees to acquire a 30-Year License of Occupation with the Province of British Columbia for Johns Family Nature Conservancy Regional Park over the land; That Southwest ¼ of Section 14 together with the remainder of the Southeast ¼ of Section 14, all of Township 28, Similkameen Division Yale District, containing 80.0 hectares, more or less for regional park purposes.
