CALL TO ORDER

Chairperson to call the meeting to order.

6.1

Official Community Plan Amendment Bylaw No. 1274-13 and Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 871-277 - Rockchild Landing - District Lot 4501 on Westside Road

To consider the bylaws from the April 20, 2023 Public Hearing for second and third reading for the Official Community Plan amendment bylaw and Zoning amendment bylaw.

To consider allowing a decrease in the minimum setback from a watercourse.

To seek Board support for staff to apply for a grant application under the UBCM Community Emergency Preparedness Fund

To consider first, second and third reading and adoption of an amendment to the Board Procedure Bylaw.

THAT the April 20, 2023 Regular Board meeting be closed to the public pursuant to sections 90(1) (a)(c) of the Community Charter to discuss items related to: 

• personal information about an identifiable individual who holds or is being considered for a position as an officer, employee or agent of the municipality or another position appointed by the Regional District;
• labour relations or other employee relations.
